Description
Price College of Business is seeking dynamic educators to contribute to our Division of Management Information Systems (MIS), known for its excellence, distinguished faculty, and robust industry partnerships. This position offers a unique chance to shape future leaders in management information systems through teaching and research in our vibrant academic setting. We provide a collaborative environment that emphasizes practical application and industry relevance across our undergraduate and graduate programs. Our strong connections are highlighted through the Center for MIS Studies, where faculty and business leaders collaborate on research and curriculum development. With opportunities for professional growth in areas like healthcare and business analytics, and resources like our Graduate Education Center in Oklahoma City, we offer a supportive and expanding community for personal and professional development.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in Management Information Systems or a related field, with demonstrated knowledge of SAP and other core MIS topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach core MIS courses, including areas such as business processes, Excel-based data analysis, enterprise systems, databases, and introduction to MIS.
  • Experience applying SAP concepts in academic or professional settings, with the ability to connect enterprise systems to real-world business operations.
  • Strong communication and instructional skills, with the ability to explain technical and business concepts in an accessible and engaging manner to a diverse student population.
  • Experience with online teaching and the ability to effectively engage students in multiple instructional formats.
