The ideal candidate will: Provide graduate-level instruction of leadership and career development materials to senior-level staff members of the Team Ships organization. Develop and update materials to maintain relevancy. Meet with senior leaders to ensure alignment and that desired goals are achieved within the training course.

Analyze feedback to incorporate improvement in follow-on courses. Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Master's degree in management, business, organizational strategy or education. 7 years of course development and providing instruction on management, strategy, or leadership at the post-graduate level.

Strong proficiency in speaking and writing in English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be a US Citizen.

Candidate must hold an active SECRET clearance. Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience: PhD in management, business, or organizational strategy. 15 years of course development and providing instruction on management, strategy, or leadership at the post-graduate level.
