Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
  • Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, close sales, and achieve performance goals
  • Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to educate and advise clients during the renewal shopping process
  • Foster long-term customer relationships to maintain high levels of client retention and product loyalty
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead database follow-up

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Prior insurance industry experience required
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Agency Management Systems
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities effectively
  • Team-oriented with a positive, motivated, and driven attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
