Personal Injury Case Manager - Boca Raton, FL

A multi-state personal injury firm is hiring an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager for our Boca Raton, FL office. This is a full-time, in-office role with full benefits. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years of personal injury case management experience in a law firm who can handle a high-volume caseload while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution

  • Serve as primary client contact, providing regular updates and answering questions

  • Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation

  • Schedule and track client treatment, maintain detailed case notes, and ensure all deadlines are met

  • Work directly with attorneys to prepare comprehensive demand packages

  • Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters regarding settlement discussions

  • Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and other involved parties to move cases forward efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of personal injury case management in a law firm (required)
