TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Hawthorne, California. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers outpatient-only primary care in a mission-driven, multi-specialty environment serving an urban underserved population.
This position is ideal for physicians who are passionate about community health, team-based care, and expanding access to primary care services.
Position Details

Specialty: Family Medicine (Outpatient Primary Care)
Setting: Outpatient Only – FQHC
Location: Hawthorne, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: No night or weekend call
Patient Volume: 20–22 patients per day
Work Style: Team-Based
EMR: Currently utilizing AmazingCharts; transitioning to NextGen in the coming months
Practice Environment
Multi-specialty outpatient clinic structure
Serves underserved, low-income, and uninsured urban population
180,000 visits annually across multiple Los Angeles County locations
