Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate has experience in personal injury law, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases while providing exceptional support to attorneys throughout the litigation process.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze documents related to personal injury cases.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with court rules.
  • Organize, maintain, and update case files and legal records.
  • Collect and organize evidence, including medical records, witness statements, and other supporting documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to gather necessary information.
  • Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating case materials.
  • File legal documents with the court and manage calendars, deadlines, and appointments.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or in a similar role, preferably in personal injury law.
