Job description

Job Summary:
Computer Futures is seeking a Software Test Analyst II to perform various testing tasks for Workday HCM/Payroll and Financials modules. The role involves executing tests, logging defects, and reporting results to the Testing Lead.
Responsibilities:
• perform unit, end to end, payroll parallel, and performance testing of the client's implementation of Workday HCM/Payroll and Financials modules, recording results and cataloging identified defects according to the Workday Test Plan
• set up, execute, and evaluate the results of automated tests using Kainos WorkSmart
• report directly to the ASMP 2.0 client's Testing Lead
• utilize test plans and expected results data to set up and conduct testing, both manually and utilizing automated testing tools
• log defects in a ticketing system and monitor their resolution
• update test tracking documents and report status to the client's Testing Coordinator
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience performing unit, end to end, payroll parallel, and/or performance testing of an ERP implementation, including HCM/Payroll.
• Experience logging defects in a defect tracking system and following them through to resolution.
• Experience in establishing and working effectively in teams, collaborating across all levels of employment hierarchy and organizational areas.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications.
• Experience working independently, effectively managing multiple tasks and directional changes under short and firm deadlines and a strong ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
