We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is a sales-driven marketer who creates compelling content, manages social media campaigns, coordinates brand and promotional events, and leverages performance insights to drive engagement and in-store traffic.

Responsibilities:

Social Media amp; Content Creation:
  • Implement social media marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives, collaborating with the Marketing team and executive leadership.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, stories, videos, and interactive content.
  • Manage and grow all social media accounts, driving engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, campaign planning, audience targeting, and marketing efficiency while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.
  • Optimize social media content for better reach, engagement, and SEO performance.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Oversee community management, interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering brand loyalty through meaningful social interactions.

AI amp; Marketing Technology

  • Utilize AI-powered marketing tools to accelerate content creation, campaign development, audience building, and performance optimization while maintaining brand standards and authenticity.
  • Develop and refine AI-assisted workflows to improve marketing efficiency, content production, and campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications that enhance customer engagement, social media growth, and overall marketing performance.

Event Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Collaborate with content creation partners to design eye-catching visual content using tools like Adobe Suite or Canva.
  • Support store sales growth by creating and executing marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, promote key product launches, and enhance the in-store customer experience.

Build Brand Awareness:
  • Stay on top of industry trends, new platform features, and competitor social media activities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Optimize TikTok Shop, including product listing, optimization, and leveraging TikTok’s e-commerce features to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Continuously optimize social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing processes and improve operational efficiency through the strategic adoption of AI and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years or older
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Previous experience managing end-to-end social media campaigns for brands or products required.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (social media insights, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO for social platforms, and strategies for growing social audiences.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for content creation, campaign management, analytics, workflow automation, and marketing optimization.
  • Creative content creation skills with knowledge of video editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
