About the Marketing Manager, Growth & Distribution

The Marketing Manager, Growth & Distribution owns audience expansion across Audiochuck’s distribution ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving measurable listener and viewer growth through performance marketing, platform partnerships, cross-promotion strategies, and emerging distribution initiatives.

This position serves as the architect of acquisition and reach, ensuring Audiochuck’s content is discovered, amplified, and converted into sustained audience growth across podcast platforms, YouTube, FAST channels, VOD, and future distribution channels.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Growth, this role partners closely with Social, YouTube, Design, Production, Editorial, RSV, and external industry partners to translate campaign narratives into performance-driven growth strategies. The scope of this role will expand as platform complexity and distribution opportunities grow.

What You’ll DoAudience Acquisition & Expansion Strategy
  • Support and execute growth strategy across the Audiochuck show portfolio

  • Drive audience expansion through paid media, cross-promotions, feed swaps, and digital distribution tactics

  • Identify and activate new audience segments across platforms

  • Translate company-level growth targets into measurable acquisition initiatives

Performance Marketing Ownership
  • Own paid performance marketing strategy across audio and digital channels

  • Optimize campaign performance through testing, targeting refinement, and creative alignment

  • Manage acquisition budgets and vendor relationships

  • Improve efficiency metrics including customer acquisition cost, reach, and conversion rates

Distribution & Platform Strategy
  • Lead emerging distribution efforts including FAST TV, VOD, and new platform partnerships

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for Tubi and other FAST initiatives

  • Identify and pursue strategic distribution partnerships to expand network reach

  • Ensure cross-promotion alignment across all distribution channels

Growth Experimentation & Audience Development
  • Design and execute structured experimentation in audience targeting and acquisition channels

  • Pilot new acquisition formats and test emerging marketing tactics

  • Document learnings and build repeatable growth playbooks that scale across shows

Reporting & Performance Intelligence
  • Own acquisition reporting and performance tracking

  • Translate data into clear, actionable growth insights
