Training Analytics & Optimization: Measure training impact and enhance workforce development programs using data analytics.  Performance & Evaluation Specialist Candidates work to facilitate Training Analytics & Optimization delivering Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support - Training Analytics & Optimization through Evaluate programs | measure outcomes | improve performance.  Further, they Conduct evaluations, measure training outcomes, and support performance improvement initiatives.
