Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Technician to join our fast-paced logistics team, specializing in temperature-sensitive and urgent healthcare shipments. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end coordination of domestic and international logistics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering exceptional service for life-saving deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the movement of time-critical, temperature-controlled shipments across global routes
  • Monitor and manage shipment progress, proactively addressing any delays or issues
  • Work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups, customs clearance, and final deliveries
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations, including GDP and IATA standards
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the shipping process
  • Respond to last-minute changes with agility and professionalism

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding (preferably in pharma, clinical trials, or healthcare sectors)
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
  • Familiarity with cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled packaging solutions is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
