As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and creating personalized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Delivering a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customizing approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to coordinate comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously enhance the quality of our clinical services.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in mental health, integrating newfound knowledge into your practice to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Managing a full patient caseload while diligently working towards achieving treatment goals and adhering to ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your role will primarily focus on individuals grappling with various mental health concerns and substance use disorders. The patients you serve will come from diverse backgrounds, requiring your sensitivity and adaptability to address their unique situations. You will provide the support essential for patients undergoing detox and initial recovery, utilizing your clinical skills to promote resilience and enhance their path to recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid, active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Effective critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex clinical scenarios.
• The ability to work in a collaborative team environment while being proactive in managing your caseload.

Preferred candidates will have experience in a detox setting or with clients who have substance use disorders. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems will be advantageous, as you will be expected to utilize technology for assessments and therapy sessions.
