How does scheduling typically work for per diem CNAs at Novant Health, and what flexibility can I expect?

As a Per Diem CNA at Novant Health, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts based on your availability, making it an ideal option for those seeking a non-traditional or variable work schedule. Per Diem staff are often asked to fill in during high census periods, staff shortages, or vacations, so being open to various shifts (days, nights, weekends) is beneficial.
