What We Offer
Are you a CNA looking for your Perfect Match career opportunity? Would you like to discover various clinical units at Forsyth Medical Center? Come explore at Novant Health and find your Perfect Match today!
Which unit within your area will be your Perfect Match? This opportunity has full time and part time 12-hour day shift and night shift opportunities.
Here's how it works:
  • Join Novant Health as a direct hire CNA at Forsyth Medical Center
  • Rotate between multiple units within your area to determine the Perfect Match for you
  • Direct placement within your chosen area to a Perfect Match unit within 4- 6weeks

Eligible Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) can rotate for two weeks at a time through different units within your identified specialty area (Critical Care, Intermediate, and Adult Acute Care).
Throughout your Perfect Match rotation(s), you will experience different clinical units, identify team dynamics and leadership style. Once you've identified your Perfect Match, you will be eligible for direct hire into a specific unit at Forsyth Medical Center. Come explore today!

What We're Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience: One year preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Completion of NAI program, required.
    • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I or NA II, required.
    • Medication Safety - AME, required.
    • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
  • Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation
