Looking for your Perfect Match career opportunity? Our Perfect Match Program for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA I) is designed with you in mind. You will get to experience various clinical units within Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. Come join a remarkable team where quality care meets quality service, in every dimension, every time.
Multiple full-time shifts are available:
  • Days: 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • Night: 7:00pm - 7:00am

Eligible Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) can rotate for a week at a time through different units within an identified specialty area (Med-Surg, Critical Care, Intermediate Care, or Emergency Department). What We're Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience: One year preferred.
  • Licensure/certification/registration: Completion of NA I program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
  • Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
