Job description

East Brunswick law firm concentrating in plaintiff's personal injury, medical malpractice and employment law seeks a per diem attorney to work in our office between 28 and 45 hours a week. Two or more years of experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice with a New Jersey Law Firm is required. Experience in employment law is a plus. Responsibilities include legal research, preparation and filing of briefs, motions, and complaints,  preparing and responding to discovery demands, review of expert reports, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, attending arbitrations and assisting with trial preparation. The candidate must have familiarity with N.J. e-courts as well as excellent legal research and brief writing skills.
