Job description

About the Role:
ZKZ Law PLLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal with Arabic language skills to join our dynamic legal team in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference for clients navigating the personal injury process while leveraging your bilingual abilities in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Communicate directly with Arabic-speaking clients, providing updates and gathering case information
  • Draft and review legal documents, demand letters, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Collect and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documentation
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel
  • Maintain and track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and court filing schedules
  • Translate and interpret documents and conversations between English and Arabic as needed
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury law
  • Familiarity with Texas personal injury procedures, medical terminology, and insurance claims
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred
