Pay Range*: $114,504.00 - $166,046.40/annually

Position Summary

The Supply Chain FSCM Analyst will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Information Systems (SCIS) team. In this technical/functional role, you will leverage your extensive experience with PeopleSoft applications to help support our critical business processes, work with system users to help troubleshoot issues, provide guidance and training, and help streamline operations with best business practices.  The job will consist of both production support and project work.  This role consists of some onsite work as well as remote.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify solutions, and implement improvements to existing PeopleSoft applications and future ERP's.

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements and upgrades to PeopleSoft modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of PeopleSoft configurations and customizations, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.

  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft-related incidents, leveraging tools such as PeopleSoft Query.

  • Capable of providing operational support for complex enterprise applications.

  • Mentor business users and provide training on PeopleSoft functionalities.

  • Prepare technical documentation, job aids, process flows, and training materials.

  • Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of PeopleSoft projects.

  • Help identify areas where automation could be utilized to improve efficiency.

  • Create functional designs and process flow documentation to support system enhancements.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst, with a focus on PeopleSoft Financials/Supply Chain

  • Must have experience working with Procure to Pay modules in PeopleSoft, as well as Inventory and Cost Accounting modules.

  • Proven expertise in PeopleSoft application design, configuration, and customization.

  • Must be able to create complex queries with PeopleSoft Query tool to support the needs of business users.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 or later versions.

  • Knowledge of SQL and database management to support data analysis and reporting tasks

  • Experience working with a distribution facility.

  • Experience with common healthcare applications such as GHX, Epic, Nuvia, Lumere, ParEx, and group purchasing organizations (GPO).
