Job Summary:
Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator to support their growing team. The selected candidate will provide on-site PeopleSoft administration and support for Federal Government environments, focusing on PeopleSoft HCM and related modules.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and support PeopleSoft applications, including PeopleSoft HCM and related modules.
• Support PeopleSoft system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Assist with PeopleSoft configuration, testing, issue resolution, and system optimization.
• Troubleshoot PeopleSoft application issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Support PeopleSoft integrations, data validation, and system monitoring activities.
• Assist with requirements analysis, documentation, user support, and training materials.
• Work with functional and technical teams to support PeopleSoft business processes.
• Support compliance with Federal Government and customer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience administering or supporting PeopleSoft applications.
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or related PeopleSoft modules.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, PeopleTools, integrations, and system support.
• Ability to troubleshoot PeopleSoft application issues and coordinate technical resolution.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Must be able to work on-site in Arlington, VA.
• No remote work is allowed.
Preferred:
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or related modules.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Application Engine.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, including PeopleTools and HCM upgrades.
• Experience with PeopleSoft testing tools, including PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft implementations for Federal Government or Department of Defense customers.
