Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Developer Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Developer to support the development, integration, and deployment of the Army's Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A). IPPS-A is a web-based solution that consolidates capabilities across all Army Components into the largest integrated personnel and pay system in the world, replacing 45 stovepiped legacy systems. Responsibilities: Design, build, test, and deploy custom PeopleSoft solutions, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions across the full implementation lifecycle. Translate functional requirements into detailed technical design specifications and robust application architecture. Build modern integrations using Integration Broker, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, and REST/SOAP web services.

Conduct unit testing, analyze complex system defects, and execute technical remediations for large-scale HCM modules. Write and optimize complex SQL statements and database objects to maintain high performance across massive data sets. Collaborate effectively within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and work with technical leads to ensure on-time delivery and smooth cutover/deployment.

Qualifications: Required: Active Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technically relevant field, or relevant experience. 7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, with 10+ years of overall technical experience in system design and production support for large-scale applications.

2+ years of hands-on technical experience with PeopleTools 8.55 or above. Deep proficiency with core PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and PS Query. Strong expertise writing and tuning complex SQL queries

Demonstrated experience drafting technical design specifications, test plans, and performing unit testing. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conciseness in written and verbal communication within team environments (IPTs). Hands-on experience with modern PeopleSoft features: Fluid User Interface (UI), Page and Field Configurator, and Approval Framework (AWE).

Desired: Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a large-scale enterprise or federal environment. Experience developing REST/JSON APIs and SOAP web services via Integration Broker for multi-system integrations. Prior experience supporting large-scale defense or public sector ERP implementations
