iRocket is on a rapid growth trajectory. To support that growth sustainably, we're looking for a passionate HR & People Operations Lead to build and scale HR systems, drive talent initiatives, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.

The Role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Develop people operations policies, handbooks, performance management systems
  • Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR compliance
  • Promote employee engagement, training, development, and wellness programs
  • Oversee HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making
  • Serve as trusted HR business partner to leadership and teams
  • Ensure legal compliance and audit readiness (labor laws, OSHA, EEO)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience (startup or engineering environment preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting, performance management, compensation
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
  • Experience implementing HR systems (HRIS, ATS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and confidence in resolving conflicts
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, evolving environment
