Job description

"You have to understand my heart in order to understand why we've been successful."
- Jeff VanderWal, Founder & President of ClearShift

At ClearShift, we didn't set out to be just another dealership-we set out to change the way people experience buying a car.

Founded in 2017, ClearShift exists for one reason: people.

Yes, we sell cars-but we are not in the car business. We are in the people business.

And it's working.

We're growing rapidly and building the strongest team we've ever had-people who care deeply, serve intentionally, and show up every day ready to create meaningful experiences.

What You'll Do

This is not your typical "sales" role.

You will:

  • Guide customers through a transparent, no-pressure buying experience

  • Understand each customer's needs and help them make the best decision

  • Build and manage relationships from first conversation to final delivery

  • Proactively create opportunities through outreach and networking

  • Deliver an experience that customers actually talk about afterward

  • Show up consistently, prepared, and ready to serve

What Makes Someone Thrive Here

This role is for someone who:

  • Loves people-not just in words, but in action

  • Leads with a servant's heart

  • Chooses kindness, humility, and integrity every time

  • Is driven to learn, grow, and perform at a high level

  • Thrives in a team-first environment

  • Is adaptable, resourceful, and solution-oriented

  • Brings energy, creativity, and decisiveness

  • Has experience creating great customer experiences (automotive is a plus, not a must)

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (including Saturdays)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

What You'll Gain
  • Strong earning potential

    • Guaranteed base during 30-day training

    • Average earnings: $7,000+/month after training

  • Real growth opportunities (personally & professionally)

  • A team culture that actually lives its values

  • Direct access to leadership-your voice matters here

  • Full benefits package:

    • Health, dental, vision, life, and accident insurance

    • 401(k)

Why ClearShift Is Different

We operate on three core values:
Servanthood. Excellence. Transparency.

We don't "sell" cars. Our customers already want to buy one.

Our job is simple: Make the experience so seamless, honest, and enjoyable that they never want to go anywhere else again.

You'll work alongside leaders who built this company from the ground up. Leaders who still roll up their sleeves daily. No egos. No shortcuts. Just a commitment to doing things the right way.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Full-Time

  • $4,000 – $10,000+ monthly average

  • 8–10 hour shifts

  • Weekend & holiday availability required

  • 100% in-person (Littleton, CO)

Ready to Be Part of Something Different?

If you're looking for a place where:

  • You can grow

  • Your work actually matters

  • And you get to impact people every single day

This is it.

Come help us take ClearShift to the next level.

Upon acceptance of an offer, ClearShift does complete background and motor vehicle record checks on all new hires.
