The Work:
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with at least 2 years experience to design and implement Pega solutions within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Pega Platform development, SQL, and core Agile practices, with strong problem-solving and communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance applications using the Pega Platform
  • Configure rules, activities, data models, and other Pega components
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support database operations
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across environments
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and produce required documentation
Here's What You Need:
  • 2+ years of experience in Pega development
  • Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) required
  • Pega Senior System Architect (PSSA) certification preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL and data-related operations
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
