You Are: Pega Programmer

We Are:

The Work:

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with at least 2 years experience to design and implement Pega solutions within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Pega Platform development, SQL, and core Agile practices, with strong problemsolving and communication capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance applications using the Pega Platform
  • Configure rules, activities, data models, and other Pega components
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support database operations
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across environments
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and produce required documentation

Here's What You Need:
  • 2+ years of experience in Pega development
  • Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) required
  • Pega Senior System Architect (PSSA) certification preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL and data-related operations
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
