Role: Pega Developer

Location: Stamford, CT / Hartford, CT (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 8–10 years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of hands-on Pega development experience

✔ Strong expertise in Pega Infinity application design and development for enterprise workflow solutions

✔ PEGA CLSA/CSSA certification or equivalent hands-on expertise (LSA/CSSA experience is a plus)

✔ Experience designing reusable Pega classes, frameworks, scalable architecture, and resilient enterprise applications

✔ Strong experience implementing Enterprise Class Rules, Flows, Activities, Case Management, Data Pages, Agents, Correspondence, Dashboards, and Reports

✔ Hands-on experience integrating Pega applications using SOAP, REST/JSON, and XML web services

✔ Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, query optimization, and database performance tuning

✔ Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS3 for Pega UI customization and development

✔ Experience with Pega Cosmos UI and modern UI/UX best practices

✔ Experience automating testing, application deployment, package verification, and production monitoring

✔ Hands-on experience with Pega server configuration, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization

✔ Experience supporting performance, load, and volume testing, including issue identification and resolution

✔ Strong understanding of Agile, Kanban, Pega Guardrails, code reviews, and development best practices

✔ Ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, and support enterprise-grade Pega applications throughout the SDLC
