Job Summary:

As a Recruiter / Payroll Specialist, you will be the bridge between our organization's growth and the well-being of our current employees. You will play a vital role in identifying high-caliber talent to join our team while ensuring our workforce is supported through accurate and timely payroll processing. Your work directly impacts our ability to serve the community by maintaining the operational excellence of our human resources functions.


Top Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment plans, manage job postings, screen applicants, and work closely with department heads to identify and hire high-quality candidates.ย 
  • Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate payroll records by processing earnings, deductions, and timecards while maintaining strict adherence to payroll regulations and tax laws.ย 
  • Onboarding & HR Support: Manage administrative onboarding tasks, facilitate interview scheduling, and serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR processes.

Requirements

What you bring:

  • Experience: Four years of Human Resources and/or Payroll experience is preferred
  • Education: An associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and substantial, hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll
  • Skill Highlight: Proficiency in data analysis, clear interpersonal communication, and the ability to interpret technical and mathematical information (including percentages, decimals, and statistical formulas)
  • Licenses/Certifications: Strong organizational skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a high level of comfort with office technology and HR systems
