Job Summary
Responsible for driving business development initiatives with prospective clients and ensuring the growth and sustainability of sales volume with existing customers.
Job Description
  • Develop strategies and cultivate business relationship to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • - Manage pre and post sales activities and support services to existing customers.
  • - Research customers' technical requirements and market trends to help HQ marketing and strategies
  • - Investigate customer issues and report through the designated channels to the headquarters management
  • - Host meetings with U.S customers and updates market status regularly.
  • - Support pricing decision and collect related market / competitor's information.
  • - Develop relevant marketing information : collection/analysis/DB of customer/competitors/suppliers.
Qualifications
  • - Over 15 years of experience of market development or sales engineering in PCB industry.
  • - Experience in market development and promotion to semiconductor customers.
  • - Understanding of semiconductor industry and customers
  • - Capability to introduce LGIT technologies and product information to customers
  • - Communication skill with customers' PJT members and managers and with HQ teams
  • - Understand customers' supply chain policy and strategy
  • - Experience to package development or sales for mobile, automotive, IoT, infrastructure and any other high-tech company related semiconductor.
