Job description

Prime Healthcare is actively seeking new members to join our corporate team!
 


The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for timely, accurate processing and reconciliation of payroll checks. Effectively interacts with the Human Resources department, managers and group staff regarding payroll issues. Input and retrieve payroll data from the computerized system. The Payroll Coordinator works with timekeeping system to ensure accurate time keeping. Has the ability to communicate with adolescence, adulthood, late adulthood to geriatrics.

  1. High School Diploma.
  2. A minimum of 2 years experience in Payroll.
  3. 10 Key by touch, direct data entry experience.
  4. General accounting background.
  5. Hands-on experience with Excel or equivalent.
  6. Experience with Timekeeping System.
  7. Knowledge of Wage and Hour Guidelines and Healthcare pay practices.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
