Job description

) We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to support and oversee payroll operations for a Long Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facilities in the state of Missouri. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while providing leadership, audits, training, and operational support across multiple facilities.
The Payroll Manager will partner closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations teams, support payroll system management and acquisitions, conduct facility audits, and train payroll staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements:
  • Regular travel is required to facilities for audits, training, and operational support
  • Experience managing multi-state payroll in a complex environment proffered.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, audits, time & attendance, and payroll systems
  • Leadership experience supporting or managing payroll teams preferred
