Job Description
  • 3+ years of experience working and building integrations with Workday HCM and Finance systems.
  • Expert in building and maintaining inbound/outbound Workday HCM and Finance integrations to third party vendors including payroll, banks and benefit providers.
  • Ability to lead as a technical expert; from gathering requirements, design, development, testing till deployment.
  • Excellent Workday integration skills with Workday setup using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Experience designing, building, and testing reports in Workday functional such as Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Finance, etc.
  • Excellent report writing skills in building reports in all types, Advanced, Matrix, BIRT, Dashboard, etc.
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to partner with business, HRIS and Finance teams including technical and non-technical at all levels.
  • Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies.
  • Prepare technical documentation and ability to support testing from development till post production supports.
  • Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and priorities and able to shift direction quickly when priorities change.
  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow through.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 end to end workday implementation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to design and develop Workday Studio integrations.
  • Deep understanding of integration patterns, SOA and Web Service Technologies
  • Experience with XML and XSLT is a must.
  • Experience with integrating applications via web service APIs - SOAP and REST
  • Understanding of networking and security concepts as they relate to data integrations.
  • Development expertise in Java and/or .NET is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing security for Workday is preferred.
