Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office & Payroll Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy Washington, D.C. office. This role combines office administration, payroll coordination, and accounting support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional internal customer service

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while handling confidential information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, including reception, office supplies, facilities coordination, mail, and vendor management Coordinate onboarding logistics, office access, workspace setup, meetings, employee events, and general administrative support for leadership Review, audit, and process employee timesheets while partnering with HR, Accounting, and operational teams to support accurate payroll processing Assist with payroll inquiries, timekeeping discrepancies, expense reports, corporate credit card reconciliations, and other accounting-related activities Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support efficient office and payroll operations Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and delivering exceptional service to employees and visitors Qualifications Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 1-2 years of office administration, payroll, accounting, or administrative experience Experience supporting office operations within a professional environment Knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, or accounting processes preferred Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Compensation & Schedule Salary: $55,000-$65,000 annually Full-time, non-exempt Fully on-site Washington, D.C.
