Job description

Description The Arena Guest Services Attendant is responsible for assisting with a variety of arena operations, including snow removal, skate sharpening (age-dependent), and moving nets during games. Provide customer service by selling tickets, operating the point-of-sale system, and handling cash or card payments. Support open skate sessions by being on the ice as needed, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized arena environment.

Perform other duties as assigned to support players, patrons, and events. This is a part-time, seasonal position. Examples of Duties Examples of Duties: Snow Removal Operating a point-of-sale system.

Handle cash and credit card payments. Skate sharpening (age-dependent) Physically be on the ice during open skate sessions. Move goalie nets during high school games and tournaments.

Sell entrance tickets during high school games. Provide customer service to players and patrons. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Arena.

Other duties as assigned. Typical Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Preferred age: 16 or older; 15-year-olds will be considered. Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to work weekends and evenings.
