Job Overview

This position is responsible for greeting, registering, collecting payments from and directing/escorting patients in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations and hospital policies and procedures. Is an ambassador of Deaconess, cultivating a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity and optimism.

Education and Experience

Completion of High School or GED required. College degree desired. Knowledge of health care revenue cycle preferred. Understanding of insurance is a plus.
