Insurance Verificaion - Healthcare | Indianapolis, IN
Looking for a great opportunity to grow your healthcare administrative career? Our client on the north side of Indianapolis is seeking Administrative Support Specialists for an immediate start. This is a fully onsite, long-term contract position with potential for permanent hire.
Pay: $18.00-$ 20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Location: North Indianapolis, IN (100% Onsite)
Start Date: Urgent Need - Starting Next Week
Responsibilities:
  • Verify insurance benefits and patient eligibility
  • Submit and track authorizations
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments
  • Make outbound calls to patients, providers, and insurance companies
  • Perform data cleanup and record maintenance
  • Provide general administrative support to healthcare teams
Qualifications:
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • Insurance verification and authorization experience a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Reliable work history with strong transferable skills
  • Training provided for motivated candidates
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
