We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our high-end boutique facial plastic surgery clinic in New York City. This role is ideal for a polished, highly organized, and service-oriented professional who thrives in providing VIP-level care to discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact, managing all patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and seamlessly converting inquiries into consultations.

Provide a concierge-style experience, greeting patients upon arrival, offering tours, and ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

Oversee every detail of the patient journey, from initial contact to post-procedure follow-ups, ensuring a flawless and personalized experience.

Discuss pricing and financing options with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate travel and accommodations for out-of-town patients, ensuring a seamless experience.

Handle scheduling, phone calls, meetings, and administrative support to assist the surgeon and team.
