FRSTEAM with Care is seeking a service-focused, friendly, and diligent professional to join our team as an Account Representative. Account Representatives must be able to multi-task, be highly responsive, and show strong attention to detail.

This position includes a guaranteed salary, mileage reimbursement, plus tiered commission on new business earned in the insurance and disaster restoration contractor sectors.

General Job Duties:

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional focused on growing the company. Responsibilities include:

  • The Sales Representative is responsible for relationship-building and other sales-related activities within FRSTEAM's North Carolina geographical territory, especially in two territories: a.) the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wilmington and other parts of eastern North Carolina; and b.) the Charlotte, Triad, Asheville, Shelby, Gastonia and Western NC areas.
  • Primary client contacts are commercial contractors and insurance agents and adjusters.
  • Identify prospects, assess our fit, and build relationships with decision makers. Develops sales through high levels of quality activity, including prospecting for new business within an assigned region of North Carolina.
  • Cultivate a new and existing customer base by means of strong communication cadence.
  • Negotiate with contractors regarding sales, operational, and payment arrangements.
  • Visit homeowners and inspect opportunities.
  • Plan and conduct meetings in the field and in our facilities.
  • Effectively use software to track sales and relationship activities.
  • Ability to present marketing campaigns and programs to existing and potential clients.
  • Ability to attend industry events, develop new events, keep a budget, set goals, self-motivated, and work independently.
  • Collaborate with managers and sales coaches to adapt and improve our prospecting, discovery, and sales process.
  • Respond quickly to customer needs and assist in resolving challenges that arise with contractors and homeowners.

Required Experience:

  • Professional communication skills, people-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM
  • Sales experience strongly preferred.
