POSITION SUMMARY:

The Fleet Account Representative will learn how to effectively oversee easy to complex projects for major manufacturers and distribution centers utilizing various management strategies to reduce our customerโ€™s overall costs. The planned path of this position is towards a Fleet Account Coordinator, Lead, then Account Manager, handling Fortune 100 -1000 manufacturers and corporations, directly interfacing with key supply chain partners and customersโ€™ internal corporate supply chain management team. This position builds a foundation and will focus heavily on learning about our industry, technology, and service offering.


STARTING SALARY:

$52,000


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fleet Account Representative supports our Account and Sr. Account Management team, working on delegated projects, supporting the ongoing optimization initiatives for our customers and exercising comfortability when interacting with stakeholders. The purpose of the Account Representative is to handle daily email inquiries, track, manage, and execute against the customerโ€™s equipment sourcing strategy, provide the best market cost and competitive advantage over their competition while ensuring a continuous supply to the company that meets or exceeds expectations.


Aspects of the Fleet Account Support Representative role include:

  • Demonstrating competency of MYCAโ€™s proprietary fleet management software
  • Maintaining accurate & up to date equipment rosters
  • Managing performance expectations with suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate data and information within MYCAโ€™s proprietary fleet management system
  • Completing detailed financial analyses to justify equipment replacements or returns
  • Working against all strategic initiatives outlined by the account managers
  • Representing MYCA and our customers in a polished and professional manner
  • Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork (e.g. invoices, orders)โ€ข Pass on issues to account managers when needed


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
  • Ability to multi-task, work in demanding situations, work independently, utilize discretionary judgment, and be a pro-active team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills required, including a focus on problem solving, listening objectively, and contributing to maintaining a positive team spirit

WHERE IS THE WORK:

This position is eligible for hybrid work; 3 days a week in the office after 6 months.


EDUCATION:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in supply chain, Business, Statistics, Finance or related field, equivalent training, education and experience
