  • Client Acquisition and Management: Proactively identify and engage with prospective law firm clients (e.g., Am Law 200, regional powerhouses, and boutique firms) to secure new business and exclusive hiring mandates.
  • Market Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering deep market intelligence, salary data, and strategic advice on talent acquisition and retention.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire search process, including defining client needs, developing robust sourcing strategies (e.g., direct outreach, networking, database search), and meticulously screening and presenting top-tier candidates.
  • Candidate Career Advocacy: Build and maintain long-term relationships with legal professionals, providing confidential career coaching, interview preparation, and access to unlisted opportunities.
