About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator with a focus on recruiting to support the end-to-end hiring process. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
You'll work closely with the HR and Clinical teams, handling the administrative and coordination side of recruiting while also contributing to process improvements and candidate experience.

Position Details:
  • Location: Home Office - Westwood, MA
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in-office after training is completed)

Responsibilities:
  • Support the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting through onboarding
  • Post and manage open positions across job boards and internal systems
  • Review, edit, and help improve job descriptions to ensure clarity and market alignment
  • Screen resumes and assist in identifying qualified candidates
  • Work with local schools to establish and maintain relationships for student preceptor programs
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (e.g., Rippling)
  • Ensure consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with HR and Compliance teams on pre-boarding activities, including background checks, reference checks and employment verification
  • Track candidate pipeline activity and support reporting as needed
  • Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
  • Help maintain a positive and professional candidate experience

Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • Strong interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with ATS systems (Rippling experience is a plus)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments is a plus
