Shop Help / Entry-Level Diesel Technician - Fort Wayne, IN
Selking International is looking for a Shop Helper / Entry-Level Diesel Technician at our Fort Wayne, IN Dealership. No experience required - just a strong work ethic and an interest in learning diesel mechanics.
This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in the diesel industry. You'll work alongside our experienced Diesel Technicians, gaining hands-on training and real-world experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our shop.
Full time, 40 hours per week.
Job Description
  • Assist Diesel Technicians with repairs and preventative maintenance while learning the trade hands-on.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe, including sweeping floors and maintaining work areas.
  • Run parts between departments and assist with parts pickup and delivery as needed.
  • Move trucks and equipment around the shop and lot (valid driver's license required).
  • Support technicians with general shop duties and grow your skills toward becoming a Diesel Technician.
  • No experience necessary - willingness to learn and a positive attitude are what matter most.
