Job description

Job Title: Interim Director of Pharmacy

Assignment: Start by August 17, 2026, and continue until a permanent Director of Pharmacy is hired.

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM. On-call coverage may be required; the current Director covers Wednesdays.

Location: Lebanon, IN 46052

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily pharmacy operations and staff.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and oversee departmental operations.
  • Provide staffing support as needed.
  • Perform sterile compounding.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Support hematology/oncology pharmacy services.

Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana Pharmacist license required.
  • Previous pharmacy management experience required.
  • Sterile compounding experience required.
  • Experience with Meditech order entry system preferred.
  • Hospital pharmacy and hematology/oncology experience preferred.

Department: 4 Pharmacist FTEs, 2.8 Pharmacy Technician FTEs with daily technician support.
