Job description

We are currently seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Passenger Service Agents. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for passengers sailing on Balearia Caribbean Ferry from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will be the first point of contact for our passengers, responsible for greeting, checking in, and assisting with various travel-related tasks. If you are a dynamic professional with excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in passengers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Complete all activities, paperwork, and computer entries related to boarding passengers.
  • Enter passenger information into the ticketing reservation system accurately.
  • Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, and adjustments to their travel itineraries.
  • Keep passengers informed and make announcements to ensure important information is communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to ensure passenger information is processed efficiently.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
