Grant Aviation is an Alaskan regional air carrier serving rural Alaska since 1971. With bases in Bethel, Emmonak, Dillingham, King Salmon, Cold Bay, Dutch Harbor, Kenai, and Anchorage, Grant Aviation provides scheduled air transport of passengers, cargo, and mail, as well as air ambulance and charter service. Grant Aviation employs approximately 400 people.

POSITION: Station Agent

Do you desire to:

  • Carry out all functions of Ramp and Customer Service Agent positions.
  • Meet and unload aircraft.
  • Process and secure passenger luggage and freight.
  • Load and board aircraft.
  • Assis passengers with special needs.
  • Manage flight schedules, routings, passenger and freight loading, and reservation operations.
  • Manage accounting, dispatch, and safety reporting activities.
  • Carry out daily operations of the station, including opening and closing.
  • Carry oneself with integrity, professionalism, and resourcefulness always.
  • May be assigned to perform duties in a varying capacity, at the direction of management to ensure customer satisfaction.

You ideally possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Valid Alaska driver's license.
  • Able to pass a 10-year background check and to work in the US.
  • Subject to the 12-month training requirements for hazmat.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
  • Self-motivated and solution oriented to anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
  • Able to perform tasks within parameters specified by various regulatory agencies.
