RENT PROSPER is Hiring a Leasing Professional!

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Pay: $22–$23/hour base + leasing commissions + renewal commissions
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Saturdays as needed based on occupancy
Location: Walden Palms | 4700 Walden Cir, Orlando, FL 32811 (Millennia Mall area)
Start Date: Within 2–4 weeks

We manage one of our largest residential communities in the Orlando Millenia Mall area. High demand neighborhood. Consistent lead flow. You will be busy. And every new lease you sign puts money directly in your pocket.

We're looking for an experienced Leasing Professional who's hungry, knows how to close, and wants a role where their effort directly drives their paycheck.

The Earning Potential

Base pay: $22–$23/hour
New lease commission: $75 per lease signed
Renewal commission: $75 per renewal (shared with the team)
A strong performer at a high-volume community like this can realistically earn $10,000+ in commissions on top of base pay
5-star service bonus: extra pay when residents love where they live!

At full stride this role can put a motivated Leasing Professional well above their base hourly rate.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working leads from inquiry to signed lease. You own the full leasing cycle!
• Scheduling and conducting property tours
• Processing applications, screening tenants, and preparing lease documents
• Building genuine relationships with prospects and current residents
• Supporting resident retention and renewals
• Keeping accurate records in Yardi
• Collaborating with your Property Manager and maintenance team daily

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • Proven leasing experience at a residential apartment or condo community
  • You know how to close. Leads don't go cold on your watch!
  • Strong communication skills; phone, in-person, and written
  • Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Comfortable with a pre-employment background and driving record check
  • Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding to hit their numbers
