Equipment Logistics Coordinator | Coordinate Inventory. Support Live Events. Keep Productions Moving.
LMG is seeking an Equipment Logistics Coordinator to support live event productions by managing equipment planning, forecasting, and logistics operations across touring and corporate events. This role plays a critical part in maximizing inventory utilization, coordinating cross rentals, and ensuring the highest level of service for productions across all company brands.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Equipment Logistics Coordinator, you will support equipment planning, inventory forecasting, and operational logistics to ensure successful event execution.
Equipment Planning - Generate cost-effective equipment plans based on show requirements and available inventory
Inventory Forecasting - Identify high-demand inventory shortages and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions
Cross Rental Coordination - Source third-party equipment, negotiate pricing, and secure cross rentals as needed
Inventory Management - Create equipment transfers, purchase orders, and support orders within inventory tracking systems
Operational Support - Provide equipment solutions for show emergencies, shortages, and last-minute operational needs
Documentation & Tracking - Maintain accurate records, inventory data, and logistics documentation
Vendor Coordination - Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies related to cross rentals and vendor activity
Data Integrity - Ensure inventory systems remain accurate and up to date
Team Collaboration - Partner with Technical Services, Account Executives, and warehouse teams to support production needs
Additional Support - Assist with logistics and operational projects as assigned by department leadership
What We're Looking For
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory coordination, or live event production preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with inventory tracking systems or ERP platforms preferred
• Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and live event operations is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
