Position Overview:

As a Pressure Washer at FCS Facility Services, you will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services to effectively clean and rejuvenate exterior surfaces of commercial buildings, parking lots, sidewalks, and other outdoor areas. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and industry-best practices, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and curb appeal of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pressure Washing: Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment to clean and remove dirt, grime, mildew, mold, grease, oil stains, and other contaminants from various exterior surfaces, including concrete, brick, siding, and pavement.

  • Surface Preparation: Assess surfaces to be cleaned and identify any areas requiring pre-treatment or special attention. Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and detergents to effectively loosen and dissolve stubborn stains and buildup.

  • Technique and Precision: Employ proper pressure washing techniques and nozzle settings to achieve optimal cleaning results without causing damage to surfaces or property. Adjust water pressure, spray angle, and distance as needed to address different surface types and conditions.
