Job description

Alpha Labor Co is hiring an experienced Field Operations Manager to run multiple PEMB and data center erection projects from our Stuart, Florida office. This is a management seat, not a field seat — you'll oversee jobs remotely, keep crews moving, and coordinate the logistics that keep steel going up on schedule and on budget. Occasional short-term travel to job sites for check-ins as needed.

If you know pre-engineered metal buildings, understand what data center work demands, and can juggle several active jobs at once without dropping the ball, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple PEMB and data center erection projects simultaneously from our Stuart, FL office
  • Coordinate logistics — labor, materials, equipment, and scheduling — across active job sites
  • Serve as the central point of contact keeping crews, foremen, and field teams aligned
  • Track job progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and solve problems before they cost time or money
  • Support field teams and travel short-term to sites when a job needs eyes on the ground

What You Need

  • 5+ years in the PEMB industry with direct experience on data center erection projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple jobs and coordinate logistics at once
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing and able to relocate to Stuart, Florida
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • $100,000–$150,000/year depending on experience
