Gabro Event Services is a premier wedding and event rental company serving Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Sarasota. We specialize in luxury event rentals, commercial frame tents, pole tents, structure tents, custom draping, lighting, and event decor.We are seeking reliable, hard-working Tent Installers & Event Riggers to join our warehouse and on-site setup crew. In this role, you will work with an active team setting up and taking down commercial tents, dance floors, staging, and event infrastructure at top venues, private estates, and waterfront properties across Tampa Bay.COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:• Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 / hour (based on experience)• Job Type: Full-Time• Schedule: Morning, afternoon, and night shifts available across weekdays and weekends (events primarily operate Thursday through Monday).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Safe layout, assembly, and erection of commercial tents (frame tents, high-peak pole tents, and structure tents) ranging from 20x20 to 40x100+.• Safe staking, water ballasting, and anchoring according to wind-load and safety standards.• Installing tent sidewalls, subflooring, dance floors, and hanging event lighting/draping hardware.• Post-event tear-down (strike), inspection, cleaning, and safe rolling/packing of tent vinyl and structural hardware.• Loading and unloading box trucks and trailers at our Largo facility.• Maintaining job site safety, clean execution, and professional conduct at client venues.QUALIFICATIONS:• Prior experience with commercial event tents, construction, roofing, landscaping, or rigging preferred (willing to train candidates with strong physical work ethic).• Ability to comfortably lift 50–75+ lbs and work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.• Reliable transportation to our Largo facility and valid driver's license (box truck driving experience a plus).• Team player with a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and pride in clean craftsmanship.==================================================ESPAÑOL / SPANISH:==================================================INSTALADOR DE CARPAS COMERCIALES Y MONTAJE DE EVENTOSGabro Event Services es una empresa líder en alquiler para bodas y eventos especiales en Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater y Sarasota.
