As a Prep Cook, you will learn valuable culinary skills and work alongside a motivated team dedicated to maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Essential Job Functions

  • Prepare, portion, and restock food items 
  • Cut, trim, and prepare meats, seafood, and vegetables for all dining orders
  • Maintain clean and sanitized stations, equipment, and utensils
  • Assist with daily cleaning duties, including opening/closing tasks and trash removal
  • Prepare large-batch items such as rice, noodles, soups, and sauces

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrates integrity, teamwork, respect, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.
  • Must be able to frequently move and position equipment or materials weighing up to 60 lbs and reach or adjust items at various heights.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
