Processes parts inquiries received through the dealer portal and Salesforce (Parts Cases) within established service-level expectations. Reviews, validates, and approves parts orders for accuracy within 24 hours of receipt. Answers and logs customer and dealer calls in Salesforce and assists dealers, repair facilities, and customers in identifying the correct replacement parts. Establishes and maintains retail and jobber accounts and creates sales orders for retail, warranty, jobber, and customer accounts. Processes credit card transactions for warranty, jobber, and customer accounts in accordance with company procedures. Collaborates with vendors, Product Administrators, Engineering, and manufacturing facilities to verify and confirm part specifications and information. Coordinates with warehouse personnel regarding order changes, status updates, and fulfillment requirements. Works closely with Purchasing to address backordered parts, plant pulls, and drop-ship requests. Partners with the Catalog Team to establish new part numbers and maintain parts information as needed. Processes Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) for dealers in accordance with established procedures. Builds and maintains positive working relationships with dealers, customers, vendors, and fellow team members. Performs inventory-related duties and assists with inventory accuracy initiatives when required. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participates in training and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance job-related knowledge and skills. Provides support to other territories, departments, or teams as business needs require. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems and technologies. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines preferred. Previous customer service, parts, order processing, or related experience preferred. RV industry, parts, manufacturing, or related industry experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Physical DemandsProlonged periods of sitting while performing computer and telephone-based work.
