Job description

Twisted Torch Harley-Davidson is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, organized, hard-working Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team!

This position plays an important role in keeping our Parts, Service, Sales, and MotorClothes departments moving. We need someone who takes pride in staying organized, works with a sense of urgency, and understands that getting the right part to the right place at the right time matters.

What You'll Do
  • Receive incoming parts, accessories, MotorClothes, merchandise, and other dealership shipments
  • Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Inspect incoming merchandise for shortages, damage, or discrepancies
  • Accurately check parts and merchandise into our inventory system
  • Label, organize, stock, and distribute incoming items to the appropriate departments
  • Stage and organize parts for the Service Department and technicians
  • Prepare outgoing packages, returns, warranty items, and other shipments
  • Maintain an organized and clean shipping/receiving and storage area
  • Assist with inventory counts and inventory control
  • Help identify and correct inventory discrepancies
  • Communicate with Parts, Service, Sales, and MotorClothes when orders arrive
  • Help keep dealership operations flowing efficiently
  • Assist the Parts Department and other departments as needed
