Description

Operation of equipment and programming. Employee has the responsibility and authority to control quality.


  •  Operation of the powder gun equipment
  •  Must have communication skills
  •  Ability to multi-task
  •  Follow instructions
  •  Ability to conduct or learn to conduct mil thickness inspections
  •  Ability to conduct or learn to conduct cure and adhesion testing
  •  Follow Winona Quality policy and procedures
  •  Maintains acceptable housekeeping in areas of responsibility 
  • Wear necessary personal protective equipment

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the principal duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.


Learn and understand customer inspection criteria's.

Learn and understand packing requirement's. 

Acknowledge and use process cards as part of job function. 

Learn & understand daily production schedules

Lean & understand recipe on I controls , adjust powder guns for proper application process.  


High school diploma or GED


Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly for the entire production shift. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend repeatedly during the entire production shift. Additional physical demands include: reaching and occasionally being able to lift up to 60 pounds.
